Returns & Refunds

1. Return window

You may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in line with EU and Turkish consumer-protection rules.

2. Condition requirements

Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and complete (manuals, accessories, sealed parts intact). Items showing signs of installation, modification, or damage caused after delivery may be refused or refunded partially.

3. Items not eligible

  • Products specially ordered or customised at your request.
  • Sealed items where the seal has been broken (where applicable for hygiene/safety).
  • Consumables that have been opened or partially used.

4. How to start a return

  1. Sign in and open the order in Order History, or contact us at returns@truckdoc.net.
  2. We respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return reference.
  3. Pack the item with the return reference visible and ship it to the address we provide.

5. Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, damage in transit). For our-error returns, we cover or reimburse return shipping.

6. Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Bank settlement times may add a few business days on top.

7. Defective or damaged items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you.

8. Warranty

Manufacturer warranty terms (where provided) apply in addition to your statutory rights. Warranty claims are handled through the manufacturer or, where we are the warrantor, by us. Contact us to start a claim.
