By accessing or using TruckDoc, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter binding contracts.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Orders and pricing
Orders are an offer to purchase, accepted when we confirm shipment. Prices, availability, and product details may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability).
5. Payment
Payment terms are presented at checkout. You authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping where applicable.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms, methods, and estimated delivery times are listed on the Shipping & Delivery page. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Product information and cross-references
Cross-reference codes (OE, OEM, third-party) are provided as guidance only. You are responsible for verifying compatibility with your vehicle and intended use. Manufacturer brands and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with them unless explicitly stated.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape or harvest content beyond the rates allowed by our public APIs and rate limits; attempt to circumvent security or access controls; misuse the service to harm others or the platform.
10. Intellectual property
The site, software, copy, and arrangement are owned by TruckDoc or its licensors. You receive only a limited, revocable licence to use the site for its intended purpose.
11. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckDoc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for matters that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under your local law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
