1. Processing time

In-stock orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping options

We use trusted carriers selected at checkout based on destination, weight, and urgency. Expected delivery windows:

  • Türkiye: 1–3 business days.
  • EU: 3–7 business days.
  • Other international: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs delays and carrier disruptions may extend the window.

3. Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact cost is shown before payment.

4. Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also see the status in Order History.

5. Customs and duties (international)

For international shipments, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.

6. Damaged or missing shipments

If a package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and the order reference. We open a carrier claim and arrange replacement or refund.

7. Wrong address

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Re-shipping costs from undeliverable or returned-to-sender packages caused by an incorrect address are charged to the customer.
